Once your audience has become aware of your business, they will enter the next phase of the sales funnel which is called the interest stage. In this stage, they are actively looking to solve their problems. They’ll be searching online for answers and are likely to come across your content.

The aim at this stage is to build trust with your audience and get them to share their contact details with you.

The final stage of the sales funnel is the action stage, where your audience will become a customer.

During this phase, they will have to decide whether to purchase your product or service. They’ll be comparing your offering with that of your competitors, considering the price, and deciding on the best way to proceed with their purchase. It’s important to be clear with your audience at this stage to prevent any confusion and uncertainty.

Once a customer has converted, it’s important to retain them. This will reduce the cost of bringing in new clients and can also lead to brand loyalty and evangelism. A common method for retaining customers is to create a rewards program that will provide them with benefits and discounts.

Another great way to increase your customer retention is by adding new products or services to your business. This can be done by exploring different market niches or by expanding your existing product lines.

By introducing new offerings, you’ll be able to diversify your consumer base and make sure that your business remains competitive in the market. This will also help you increase your revenue and grow your business.
